Interconnection Grid Survey for a 100MWac Solar Power Plant (PLTS) in Karangkates, Malang.
On January 30 – February 1, 2023, our team from Arfy Reka Cerdas had the opportunity to conduct a survey for the interconnection of High Voltage Air Ducts (SUTT) and the 150kV Substation (GI) from the side of the 110MWac Floating Solar Power Plant at the Karangkates Reservoir, in Sukowilangun Village, Kalipare, Malang Regency, towards the Sutami Hydropower Plant Substation.
Arfy’s engineers, along with our client’s engineers from PT. Abirama Prinsipa Indonesia (Prinsipa) & PT. Rekadaya Elektrika Consult (Reconsult) and representatives from PLN Nusantara Power (NP) UP Brantas conducted a survey, inspecting and directly photographing the planned points of crucial towers passing through forest areas and residential areas. They also examined the planned location points of the Substation for the Solar Power Plant (PLTS) and the existing condition of the 150kV Substation in the Sutami Hydropower Plant area.
In the process, we engaged in technical discussions and collaborated to find solutions to challenges. We proposed optimal solutions that will positively impact budget efficiency and project timelines.
