MEP Audit of Hotel Buildings in Surabaya and Offices in South Jakarta
At the end of January and early February 2023 we from PT. Arfy Reka Smart is trusted by our client PT. Kinarya Kompegriti Rekanusa to carry out MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) audit work for 2 project locations, namely at the Bisanta Bidakara Hotel Surabaya and at F House Building, South Jakarta.
We carry out a thorough inspection and analysis of the condition of the building from an electrical, mechanical and plumbing perspective. We prepare a checklist before starting the activity as follows:
- Visual check
- Thermal imaging test
- Current and voltage measurements
- Grounding test
- Leak test
- Anemometer test
- Function test untuk PABX, fire alarm, sound system
- Lux test
- Temperature and humidity test
- Insulation resistance (megger) test
- Ultrasonic water flow
We succeeded in completing the data collection on time and then, using our experience and knowledge, we carried out analysis and created a work report which we then submitted and presented to our client as the building owner.
In carrying out data collection and analysis, we always prioritize the safety aspects of personnel and electrical equipment by using safety equipment, implementing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), and also high quality work tools. We use national and international standard references as well as the latest government regulatory references in conducting studies and recommendations so that the results achieved in this work can be maximized and well received by all parties.
